The roofing system was designed by Imper Roof Ltd in consultation with the Archirtect's Department of Argyll & District Council Argyll House Alexandra Parade DUNOON.

Vapour Control Layer
Torchbond one layer IMPER Paralon 77 3 mm. underlay to existing primed metal decking.

Insulation "U" value 0.45
IMPER TORCHTHANE insulation board comprising 40mm. P.U.R/15mm. Perlite factory laminate board. Boards to be staggered and bonded in IMPER PU adhesive to Vapour Control Layer. Mechanically fix to existing deck at perimeters.

Drainage Board
Bond 45 mm. IMPER TORCHTHANE 30 mm. PUR/15mm Perlite drainage board 300 mm. wide along gutter areas.

Underlayer
Torcha bond one layer IMPER Paralon 77 3mm. underlay to insulation board. (110mm. side laps. 150mm. end laps)

Cap Sheet
Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon ARD/HS PLUS Mineral Surface Cap Sheet to underlay. (100mm. side laps, 150 mm. end laps)

The above roofing contract was carried out by an IMPER approved contractor, and is supported by a 20 year guarantee on materials and workmanship.
