The roofing system was designed by Imper Roof ltd in consultation with Architect's Department of Renfrewshire District Council.

Roof Specification

Insulation "U" value 0.45
IMPER TORCHTHANE insulation board comprising 40mm. P.U.R/15mm. Perlite factory laminate board. Boards to be staggered and bonded in IMPER PU adhesive to existing mineral surface felt. Mechanically fix to existing deck at perimeters.

Drainage Board
Bond 45 mm. IMPER TORCHTHANE 30 mm. PUR/15 mm. Perlite drainage board 300 mm. wide along gutter areas.

Underlay
Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon 77 3 mm. underlay to Vapour Escape Sheet. (100mm. side Laps, 150mm. end laps)

Cap Sheet
Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon ARD/HS Mineral Surface Cap Sheet to underlay. (100mm. side laps, 150mm. end laps)

The above roofing contract was carried out by G.T. (Roofing) Ltd. 9 Station Wynd Kilbarchan PA10 2HE, and is supported by a 10 year guarantee on materials and workmanship.
