Roof Specification

Primer
Apply one coat IMPER Primer to existing deck.

Vapour Control Layer
Torchbond one layer IMPER Paralon Vaporbar 1 to primed deck.

Insulation
IMPER 100mm. PUR pre-bitumised insulation board.
Boards to be staggered and bonded in hot bitumentype 115/15 to Vapour Control Layer.

Underlay
Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon 77 3 mm. underlay to Vapour Escape Sheet. (100mm. side Laps, 150mm. end laps)

Cap Sheet
Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon ARD/HS PLUS Mineral Surface Cap Sheet to underlay. (100mm. side laps, 150mm. end laps)

The above roofing contract was carried out by MITIE Roofing (South East) Ltd, and is supported by a 15 year guarantee on materials and workmanship.
