The roofing system was designed by Imper Roof ltd in consultation with the Breyer Group.

Roof Specification

Vapour Control Layer
Torchbond one layer IMPER Paralon Vaporbar 1 to one layer IMPER Technoflex W2 mailed to new timber roof decking.

Insulation
IMPER 80mm. P.U.R pre-bitumised insulation board. Boards to be staggered and bonded in hot bitumen type 115/15 to Vapour control Layer.

Underlay
Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon 77 3 mm. underlay to insulation board (100mm. side Laps, 150mm. end laps)

Cap Sheet
Torch bond one layer IMPER Rechnoflex 4.5 mm. SBS. Mineral Surface Cap Sheet to underlay. (100mm. side laps, 150mm. end laps)
