Imper Roof Ltd are the distribution arm of Imper Italia SPA, a company formed in 193. One of Europe's leading manufacturers of APP and SBS modified bituminous membranes with a production capacity of 20,000,000m sq per year. The company have a successful track record in the UK and Ireland with sales 10,000,000m since 1980. Imper supply a complete range of waterproofing solutions with a choice of finish to suit the specifiers' aesthetic requirements.

The Products

High performance APP and SBS modified membranes for use on roofs, bridge decks, roof gardens, tanking etc. CFC - free insulations, including cut to fails boards where improved drainage is required. Liquid coatings for protection of asbestos cement and metal sheeting. In addition, coatings for use on bituminous membranes and asphalt. ( Full drawing facility available on tapered insulation systems ).

Approvals

Paralon ARD/S and Arwenol ARD/S have been tested and approved by Factory Mutual to class 1 and 1-90. A complete roof build up conforming to current building regulations and supported by a comprehensive system guarantee can be supplied to meet the requirements of Factory Mutual Insurance.

Paralon NT4 and Paralon ARD/HS have British Board of Agreement Certification.

Fire rating achieved on a timber deck Ext. Faa Designation.

Service

By invitation our technical staff, experienced for many years in this specialist field, are available to assist your design personnel in the selection and preparation of appropriate Imper specifications to meet design criteria on any relevant project, with which you may be involved.

Also, we would be happy to carry out with your staff any survey of existing property for refurbishment and thereafter, to submit written reports and accompanying survey photographs, together with our recommended treatments for all upgrading work necessary.

Guarantees

Total roof package including insulation supported by comprehensive guarantees covering materials and workmanship. All specialist packages are supplied via a network of approved contractors to ensure a high standard of workmanship.
