Roof Specification

Primer
Apply one coat IMPER Primer to existing felt roof finish and upstands.

Underlay
Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon 77 3 mm. underlay to existing primed felt (100mm. side Laps, 150mm. end laps)

Cap Sheet
Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon ARD/HS Mineral Surface Cap Sheet to underlay. (100mm. side laps, 150mm. end laps)

Gutters
(1) Prime existing gutters with one coat IMPER Primer
(2) Fit IMPER DUCAL roof outlets to existing rainwater pipes.
(3) Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon 77 3mm. underlay to insulation.
(4) Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon 4mm. TEXTENE to underlay.

Roof Edge Upstands
(1) Fit IMPER GLASSTRIM Type1 over red roof trim.
(2) Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon 77 3mm. underlay to primed upstand.
(3) Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon 4mm. TEXTENE to underlay.

The above roofing contract was carried out by G.Tod (Roofing) Ltd. 9 Station Wynd Kilbarchan PA10 2HE, and is supported by a 10 year guarantee on materials and workmanship.
