Roof Specification

Primer
Apply one coat IMPER Primer to existing felt roof finish and upstands.

Underlay
Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon 77 3 mm. underlay to existing primed felt (100mm. side Laps, 150mm. end laps)

Cap Sheet
Torch bond one layer IMPER Paralon ARD/HS PLUS Mineral Surface Cap Sheet to underlay. (100mm. side laps, 150mm. end laps)

The above roofing contract was carried out by Grangewood Roofing of Epping, and is supported by a 15 year guarantee on materials and workmanship.
